Through macro photographs, the artist Beñat Gereka wants to show amazing details of objects of our everyday life that sometimes go unnoticed, capturing the hidden essence and subtle nuances that connect us with our identity. In this way, it captures on the boats, carts, oars or walls of the port of Getaria images created layer by layer over the years by the sailors of Getaria, the sun and the saltpeter.

The 21 photographs that make up the exhibition invite the viewer to enter a surprising and enigmatic world of lines, colors, textures and shapes that transmit the passage of time.
